INCUBATOR

An incubator is used to hatch chicks in a hatchery. Sometimes people spend the first hours of their lives on earth in an infant incubator. Groups of investors set up incubators for new businesses.

Statistics inform us that most businesses fail during the first two years. But when they are associated with an incubator, their chances of surviving and thriving greatly increase.

The founder of Ears to Hear Ministry, John S. Oliver, knows dozens of people that are either currently involved in Christian ministry or are involved in seminary for ministry preparation.

Each of these men and women have chosen to follow Jesus in obedience to the call of God on their lives. Their life is committed to serve the Master.

These ministers of tomorrow are worthy of our love and support today.

The future of various parts of the Body of Christ is at stake. These leaders impact the spiritual legacy we will leave to future generations.

The incubator will provide a supportive environment to grow their ministry from a seedling to a sapling. When they outgrow the incubator. God will transplant them elsewhere. There will never be a shortage of seedling ministries.

Body of Christ

The Holy Spirit gives to every believer at least one spiritual gift. They shall give an account before the Lord Jesus Christ for all their stewardship. This includes how they used their spiritual gifts during this brief earthly pilgrimage.

As Four Bridges Ministry unfolds, the incubator will allow some people to fulfill their God-given leadership roles. For each leader, there needs to be many followers. For each public communicator of God’s love and truth, there needs to be many supporters in terms of intercessors, advisors, donors and volunteers.

The Bible says that we are members one of another. We have need for one another. Together we make up the genuine Body of Christ. Jesus is Head. We are members of His Body; we are the hands, feet, ears, eyes, etc.

God has sovereignly given us different motivations and personalities.

By His grace, the Lord Jesus Christ coordinates His Body so that we together present the Savior to a lost and dying world.

Five Years from Now

The Four Bridges Ministry vision for five years from now is that the men and women we have been serving shall have the following:

ü plenty of prayer support

ü peer accountability partners

ü wise advisors as needed

ü clear direction from Jesus

ü growing financial support base

ü increasing volunteer support base

The rapid changes in technology have caused unprecedented transformation in fields such as communication, business and commerce. These have severely impacted marriage, parenting, friendships, communities and the church. America is suffering in an on-going moral crisis.

Fortunately, none of our society’s troubles can shock or threaten the Only True God. His way of bringing new solutions is to raise up godly leaders. The Almighty gives them His heart, mind and wisdom. Then they change society for the glory of Jesus. It is our privilege to act as co-laborers with God Himself in accomplishing His eternal purposes while on this brief earthly pilgrimage.

The long-term aspirations for those served by the Four Bridges incubator are as follows:
